The 1976 Papillon 830 is a sturdy, steel sailboat with a length of 8.30 meters and a width of 2.70 meters. Thanks to the articulated hull shape, the boat is stable in the water, which ensures safe and comfortable sailing. The boat has been well maintained, with the last antifouling treatment performed in the spring of 2024. Although there are some rust spots and streaks visible on the hull, the boat is in good condition.

Easy to operate, even by one person, the Papillon 830 is powered by a 19-hp Volvo Penta inboard engine built in 1996. With 3 sails, including a mainsail, genoa and jib, and a headsail furling system, the boat offers excellent sailing characteristics.

Inside, the boat has comfortable accommodation, with berths for 2 persons fixed and 1 extra, a refrigerator, stove and curtains. The headroom inside is 1.80 meters. The boat has a vacuum toilet with direct discharge into open water. This still needs some attention.
