Description

Due to my father's age, it is now time to let someone else sail his fine sailboat. Built by Arne Arksund on Öckerö, Sweden in 1969. We have had the boat for 20 years and it has been in the water, oiled, and varnished every year. Like most wooden boats, it leaks for a while when launched but usually seals itself after a bit. The boat is equipped for racing and an electric motor plus batteries are included. Two older gasoline outboard motors are also included (Yamaha 5hp 2-stroke and a 2.5hp Evinrude 2-stroke).

  • Electric motor and two batteries in waterproof battery boxes (FOX Brushless motor 24V, package with batteries purchased a few years ago for about 2000 EUR) 
  • Two sets of sails with jib and mainsail 
  • Boom tent (protection hut) 
  • Mooring lines, anchor, fenders, etc. 
  • Manual bilge pump and electric level guard pump with associated battery. 
  • Yamaha 5hp 2-stroke older model Evinrude 2.5hp 2-stroke older model 
  • Tarps, paints, and a lot of repair/maintenance equipment.

Launched on April 30th, and the boat is in Björlanda Kile harbor in Gothenburg, Sweden. Ready for this summer's sailing adventures!
