PIONER 930

The Pioneer 930 has a length of 9.30 meters, a width of 2.95 meters and a draft of 1.55 meters. With a headroom of 11.50 meters, the boat is suitable for various inland and coastal waters. The boat is built of polyester, which ensures durability and relatively low maintenance work. The boat offers permanent berths for five people and has a headroom of 1.85 meters inside, which makes staying on board comfortable.

The last maintenance where the boat was taken out of the water took place in 2023. The antifouling treatment was recently performed in 2024. There are no signs of osmosis. There are some defects in the paintwork, however.

The boat is built with a round bilge hull shape, which contributes to the seaworthiness and stability of the boat. Steering is by tiller and is located outside. The boat is equipped with a single rudder and has a total weight of 4000 kg.

Inside the boat there is well thought out accommodation with a dining area, pillows, mattresses, a stove and curtains. In the tip of the boat there is a fixed double bed, and further there are two single sofa beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for use by four people. There is no hot water and the water tank has a capacity of 150 liters. The boat has a manual toilet that discharges directly into the open water.

The Pioneer's engine is a working Volvo MD7A, built in 1978, with an output of 13 hp and two cylinders. The engine starts electrically and has a fuel consumption of 2 liters per hour. The diesel tank has a capacity of 40 liters. Electricity on board is provided by two batteries, a battery charger and shore power, and is operated through a numbered control panel.

In terms of electronics and navigation, the sailboat is equipped with a compass and a VHF radio. The rigging consists of an aluminum mast and five sails: genoa, mainsail, halfwinder, jib and storm jib. Headsail and genoa reefing systems are present.

Outside, the Pioneer is well equipped including an anchor with line attachment, spray hood, fenders and lines, davits, sea railing, swim ladder and teak deck. The boat's superstructure is wood, which adds to its classic look.

Safety on board is ensured by a manual bilge pump.
