This Cox 27 Motor Sailor was built 1986 but has had some significant upgrades over the years which includes some of the following; New engine in 2020, new rigging and new sails in 2012, refrigerator and toilet plus many other improvements and additions. Spacious and accommodating with a surprising interior volume which has been cleverly used to provide up to 5 berths. Ease of handling is her main advantage with two steering positions and a deep and secure cockpit for the crew. A great starter boat to get you into sailing.

To port there is a traditional steering wheel with engine controls and instrumentation A dinette arrangement to starboard which can convert to a double berth and provides ample space for 4/5 seated and storage underneath
The galley is to port and has a 2 burner/grill/oven cooker, sink unit with cold pump and Isotherm refrigerator/freezer built in.
A quarter berth extends under the port cockpit serving as a pilot berth when underway. The central door leads to the cockpit which is deep and secure and has cushions on both seat tops. Storage is provided for ropes and fenders, etc. A swimming / board ladder is fitted to the transom and davits provide for an inflatable dinghy.
