This is a 1991 Bavaria 39 Lagoon sailing yacht manufactured by Bavaria Yachts. The yacht has a length of 12.15 meters, a width of 4.00 meters, and a draft of 1.80 meters. The yacht is registered in the Dutch land registry (registration number ***). The vessel is built of polyester and offers berths for 6 persons, with an additional berth possible. The headroom inside is 1.93 meters.

The sailing yacht is in reasonable condition, but needs some attention. The automatic steering system is functioning, but needs to be checked. In addition, maintenance is needed on a rusted-out rod kicker (downrigger). There are also obsolete and damaged halyards and fittings, as well as a kink in one terminal of the rigging.

The vessel was last taken out of the water for maintenance in 2024, and the last antifouling treatment took place two years ago.

The accommodation is well equipped including a dinette, shower, oven, refrigerator, freezer, mattresses, curtains, and a stove. The boat also has a manual toilet, hot water, an 80-liter holding tank, and hot-air heating.

The engine is a working 1991 Volvo Penta with 700 running hours, an output of 42 hp, and a maximum speed of 13 km per hour. The boat has 4 batteries, a battery charger, inverter, solar panel, shore power, alternator, and wind generator. For navigation, there are several instruments such as a compass, depth gauge, autopilot, chartplotter, radar, VHF radio, log speed meter, gps, and fishfinder.

With a Kevlar protective coating on the underside, an aluminum mast, 6 sails (including a mainsail and genoa), and various outdoor equipment such as an electric windlass, bimini, cockpit tent, and a Yamaha 3.5 outboard motor for the dinghy. The owner has owned the boat since 2000 and has sailed many waters with it including the sea.
