Remarks :

Accommodation :
All non insulated internal bulkheads treated internal aeas treated with anti condensation paint and then some with wipe clean kitchen type paint.
All wood surfaces previously varnished have this year been treated with Sikkens Cetol HLS plus, either wood finish or grey finish

All new quality foams used in forepeak and pilot birth with all new covers double berth

Heads serviced and ventilated u bends fitted
WC - New Truflo Seacocks with reinforcement collar fitted for heads in and out
Hanging area opposite

Saloon

All saloon upholstery replaced
has two settee berths either side of a drop leaf saloon table.
TV installed - only works on internet

Galley

Sink and drainer fitted with Truflow seacock
Jabsco Water pump fitted with header tank to ensure pressurised hot and cold water
New to me gimballed cooker installed - probably needs a new thermocouple on fwd burner
icebox

There is a starboard quarter berth just aft of the switch panel.
