This Bestevaer 850 is a fully equipped motor yacht, ideal for pleasure cruising and vacations. The ship has a length of 8.50 meters, a width of 2.75 meters and a draft of 0.80 meters, making it suitable for lakes, ponds, rivers and inland waterways. With a headroom of 2.45 meters, it is easy to maneuver under bridges.

The boat is built of steel and is in good condition, with some minor rust spots. In January 2023, the boat was last out of the water for maintenance, including an antifouling treatment and painting of the hull. The hull has an articulated bilge design, and steering is from the inside with a steering wheel.

Inside, the boat offers sleeping space for up to 5 people, including 2 permanent berths in the forepeak and 3 additional berths in the dinette and cabin. The accommodation includes a dinette, pillows, mattresses, a refrigerator with freezer (2017), a three-burner stove and curtains. There is also a manual toilet, newly installed in 2023, with direct drain to water. A stove provides heating.

The engine is a 1997 Peugeot Indenor 50 X4M90S diesel engine, with 50 hp and 3758 hours of operation. The engine starts smoothly and is fuel efficient, with an average consumption of only 3 liters per hour. The diesel tank has a capacity of 100 liters, as does the stainless steel water tank. The boat is also equipped with an electric bow thruster (battery replaced in 2023) for better maneuverability.

In terms of electronics, the boat has an inverter, solar panel (130 watts, 2017), shore power, battery charger and alternator, as well as gauges such as a tachometer and temperature gauge. The boat also has a VHF radio for navigation.

Outside, the boat is equipped with an anchor, swim ladder, cockpit tent, outdoor cushions, fenders, lines, and a swim platform. Safety equipment such as life jackets and an electric bilge pump are provided.
