MOODY 36

The Moody 36 CC, designed by Bill Dixon and built by Marine Projects, is a well-regarded centre cockpit cruiser, ideal for comfortable long-distance sailing or coastal cruising. This 2000 model has been with the current owner since 2018, during which time various practical upgrades have been made. The standing rigging was replaced in 2019, and the sails – including a Kemp mainsail from 2019 and genoa from 2021 – ensure the boat is well-equipped for sailing. Onboard systems have been modernized, with updates such as a Raymarine Axiom plotter, i50/60 instruments, and Quantum Doppler radar. The boat is also fitted with a Seago 4-man liferaft, new in 2024, alongside a folding wheel to maximize cockpit space and a bimini installed in 2022. The engine, a fully refurbished Volvo Penta, has 210 hours and benefits from a new Tek Tank fuel tank installed in 2023.
