**Electronics:**
Raymarine autopilot, hydraulic pump, GPS, Raymarine plotter with C80 screen, Raymarine electronic wind instrument, cabin repeater, Raymarine 24-mile radar, depth sounder, 2 VHF radios with two antennas plus a handheld VHF.

**Electricity / Finnsailer 38 Engine:**
Boat with a 12-volt system, Victron 50A charger, and 120A alternator charging. Pure sine wave inverter with 3000 Watts continuous power, 220V outlets throughout the boat, 2 solar panels on the rear arch with a regulator. Bilge pump in the engine room, bilge pump in the bilge. Water heater at 220V, and also hot water through a 9KW Webasto boiler that, in addition to heating water, produces hot air throughout the boat. One engine battery and 5 service batteries. Interior LED lighting.

**Deck Equipment:**
Winches at the stern for genoa and gennaker, mainsail controls on the mast. Stainless steel and wood swim platform, rear arch with solar panel and davits for the tender, stainless steel gangway for attachment at both bow and stern, complete stainless steel handrails, spinnaker pole, deck light. Electric anchor windlass with controls in the cockpit and at the bow.

**Comfort / Interiors:**
Air conditioning, television, kitchen with oven, refrigerator, interior and exterior freezer on 12V, and an interior refrigerator on 220V. The boat is fully insulated. The boat has central heating with a diesel boiler.

**Sails:**
Original mainsail with furling boom. Longer boom with new mainsail and lazy bag. Genoa. Spinnaker. Jib with removable stay and storm jib. Large gennaker.

**Documentation:**
Polish flag, with registration tax paid in Spain.
