BIDS WANTED... OMØSUND - Sakskøbing. If you are looking for a project and have the right hands, you have the opportunity to acquire some Danish history for either residential or commercial use. Today, OMØSUND is used as a clubhouse for the sailing club and guest sailors in Sakskøbing. Much of the boat, including the engine, is in original condition, but a large club room with kitchen and heat pump has been made, which can easily be used as living quarters, while the rest can be converted into the most beautiful houseboat, coffee shop or ice house. The engine can reportedly start up and work, but this has not been tested. (It was started up a few years ago) The wheelhouse is completely original and is quite charming. The possibilities here are many, possibly a club room as now, bar, restaurant, party room, coffee shop, ice house, etc. The space is large, so most things are possible.
