The 2011 Jeanneau Cap Camarat 6.5 WA is probably the most popular version of the Cap Camarat range of its generation. With its perfectly designed deck and console, very tapered hull (that cuts well through the waves) and taut profile of the hull-deck joint, it's pleasing without being flashy. The hull is vacuum injection moulded; a first on the Cap Camarat, this technique ensures a harmonious distribution of the resin during its impregnation in the glass fabrics that make up the hull.
At 6.1m (20ft) long and 2.5m (8.2ft) wide, the 2011 Jeanneau Cap Camarat 6.5 WA can be easily towed by an LGV. Its large sun deck, accessed via the port-side gangway, which is fairly high, preserves the interior height of the cabin. Its central console is well protected despite its limited windscreen height. Offset to starboard, it offers two fine adjustable seats that can be transformed into bolsters. The controls are within easy reach, which is a definite plus for a speedy day cruiser approaching 40 knots and designed for engines up to 200hp.
Seven people can be seated in an L-shaped configuration around the removable cockpit table.
