Originally specialising in building fishing boats, the Bénéteau boatyard turned its attention to pleasure cruising in the 1950s. The manufacturer's raison d'être has remained the same for 130 years: the quest for performance and perfection.
The Antares range was created in the 1970s, meeting the needs of fishing enthusiasts and those who enjoy comfortable cruising.
Launched in 2017, the Antares 9 is a pilothouse boat for cruising. Inspired by fishing boats, this motorboat invites you on enjoy longer cruises and to make the most of life at sea.
It has the very seaworthy tapered hull characteristic of the Vendée boatyard, equipped with the Airstep® system to enable it to handle the waves with ease. This boat has a 2 * 200hp outboard propulsion that reaches a top speed of almost 38 knots. Antares 9 is equipped with a sunbathing area in the bow and a cockpit saloon that can be converted into a sunbathing area: a layout geared towards outdoor activities.
The 9 m-long hull offers two independent double cabins below deck. With the convertible saloon, four to six passengers can enjoy a comfortable night on board. The wheelhouse is distinctive for its brightness. This is the nerve centre of the boat, housing the cockpit, the galley and the saloon.
The Antares 9 is a comfortable weekender. Modular and open to the outside, it is ideal for enjoying fun family trips.
